Brenda has over 25 years’ experience in the CRM & Marketing Automation industry creating & maintaining databases to increase operational effectiveness.  She maintains multiple certifications including Oracle Eloqua Implementation Specialist, 6sense Database Administrator, and SalesForce.com Marketing Cloud Email Specialist.  She loves working with people, process, metrics, & technology to positively impact sales & marketing ROI.  Helping clients get the most out of Marketing Automation with strategic vision & deep system knowledge is her passion.  Optimizing business process knowledge cross functionally thru systems & tools, Brenda is skilled in understanding client requirements to develop solutions.  She maintains exceptional project management skills and can manage entire projects including scoping, implementation, configuration, testing, documentation, and ongoing support.  She has a vast understanding of the current MarTech tools and how they interact.
