Here’s a quick tutorial!

Step 1 – Marketing creates emails in Eloqua and saves them in the designated Engage folder as templates, making them accessible to all sales users who have an Engage license.


Step 2 – Sales selects a template & personalizes it.

Step 3 – Sales selects the recipients to send to (manually typing in emails or uploading a list). New emails are even automatically added to Eloqua!

Step 4 – Hit Send

Step 5 – Sales can manage the replies & Marketing can watch the statics roll in.
